Please take time to review our policies before reserving your stay at The Eisenhut. Read through the information as you plan your Red River visit, and contact us with any questions before booking. We encourage everyone in your group to become familiar with our policies while preparing for the trip.
Reservations
Rates may be subject to change - Please call or go online for quotation
Visa, MasterCard, or Discover accepted.
One night deposit held by Credit Card only.
All Rates are subject to Tax
Children 5 years old and under stay free!
The occupancy of each condo has been determined by the Fire Marshal, (Children 5 yrs old and under are included in this count). Do not exceed the capacity listed. Violation will result in eviction without refund.
Christmas Reservations (Dec. 16th - Jan. 2nd)
All Christmas reservations must be paid in full by December 1st.
All reservations made after December 1st are due in full at time of reservation.
Payment
Payments due in full upon arrival by: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Sorry, NO personal checks
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to reservation period for a 50% refund of the first nights deposit. Cancellations less then 30 days prior will only be refunded if room is re-rented.
Cancellations for Christmas Reservations received after December 1st, full payments will be forfeited.
Check-in/out
Check-in: 2:00 pm (During peak times we cannot guarantee room will be ready before 4:00 pm)
Check-out: 10:00 am
NO refunds on early check-outs
The Eisenhut reserves the right to substitute similar accommodations without notice, but we try to honor your request.
Sorry, No Pets Allowed! Violation will result in immediate eviction and a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be assessed.
**NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE THE CONDOS, COURTYARD, INTERIOR PORCHES, POOL AREA OR GAME ROOM!**
IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAW ALL ILLICIT DRUG USE, INCLUDING MARIJUANA AS WELL AS UNDERAGE DRINKING, IS PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE EISENHUT PROPERTY. WE COOPERATE WITH THE RED RIVER MARSHAL'S OFFICE IN THIS REGARD.
Absolutely No Glassware Allowed Inside Pool Gates. No coolers allowed inside pool area. 30-minute time limit on hot tub use during peak occupancy times. Food and beverages are allowed on raised patio inside pool area. Food and beverages are not allowed in or near pool or hot tub. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while inside pool gates and/or game room.
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND ISSUED!
Damages/Trash Removal: Any damages to the room will be charged to the guest at replacement cost. A cleaning fee of up to $250.00 may be charged to guests who leave a room excessively dirty. Guests are required to remove all major trash upon departure. If we must remove major trash there may be a $40 charge for this service.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your room, vehicle, or left elsewhere on the property. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured. The Eisenhut is not responsible for any damages to vehicles on the premises. The Eisenhut is not responsible for any items left on-premises. The Eisenhut is not liable for any personal injuries that occur on premises.
