The Eisenhut reserves the right to substitute similar accommodations without notice, but we try to honor your request.
Sorry, No Pets, violation results in loss of room & no refund issued. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be assessed for each violation.
In accordance with state and federal law, all illicit drug use, including marijuana, is prohibited anywhere on the Eisenhut Property. We cooperate with the Red River Marshal's office in this regard. Violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund issued.

- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
- First night deposit held by Credit Card only.
- All Rates are subject to tax
- Children 5 years old and under stay free!
- The occupancy of each condo has been determined by the Fire Marshal, (Children 5 yrs old and under are included in this count). Do not exceed the capacity listed. Violation will result in eviction without refund.
- All Christmas reservations must be paid in full by December 1st.
- All reservations made after December 1st are due in full at time of reservation.
- Payments due in full upon arrival by: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
- Sorry NO personal checks
- Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to reservation period for a 50% refund of the first nights deposit. Cancellations less then 30 days prior will only be refunded 50% if room is re-rented.
- Cancellations for Christmas Reservations received after December 1st, full payments will be forfeited.
- Check-in: 2:00 pm (However, during peak times, we cannot guarantee rooms will be ready before 4:00 pm).
- Check-out: 10:00 am
- NO refunds on early check-outs
- Our pool / hot tub is open 10 am - 9 pm daily.
- Our game room is open 8 am - 9 pm daily.
- Glassware and coolers are not allowed within the pool gated area.
- All children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult when inside the pool area.
- Violation of pool rules or inappropriate conduct in the pool area may result in loss of pool time and / or eviction, without refund.
- Inappropriate conduct in game room will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.
- Please be courteous of other guests and limit time in these areas during peak occupancy times.
- Only guests staying at The Eisenhut are allowed to use the pool / hot tub and game room. Family and friends staying elsewhere are not allowed to use Eisenhut amenities.
- No smoking inside the condos.
- No smoking in the courtyard, interior porches or balconies, pool area or game room.
- Smoking is allowed outside the condos on the parking lot side.
- There are two parking spots for each condo.
- Any overflow vehicles / trailers please check with the office as to where you may be able to park those.
